"Unable to find a medium containing a live file system" 12.04.3
I created bootable usb of 12.04.3 64bit using universal usb installer.
When I boot, after the plymouth splash it switches to console mode and I
get "Unable to find a medium containing a live file system" error.
Ubuntu 12.04.2, 12.10, 13.04, 13.10 all work when I create bootable usb
with the same method. I redownloaded the .iso and checked md5 and the .iso
is correct. I tried other software like rufus, unetbootin and the ubuntu's
startup disc creator and no success.
It only happens on 12.04.3 so it shouldn't be hardware problem.
Should I report a bug?
