Log in issues on facebook

my account was recently blocked from adding people and now i get an error
message everytime i try too log in, here is the message box before it pops
up...
"Pending Friend Requests Canceled Remember that you should only send
friend requests to people you have a real-world connection with, like
friends, family, classmates and coworkers and people you know personally.

no mater what i do or how long i wait, the same result happens, i was just
wondering how to fix this, or if you would. thank you for your time.
